Our Owner
Alex Tkaczuk, the founder and owner of Nirvana Properties has a deep-rooted passion for real estate and property management. Holding a BA in English and a Teaching degree from the University of Calgary in addition to his certification as a licensed Property Manager. Also fluent in French and Ukrainian and a lifelong resident of Calgary, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. When he is away from the office, Alex is a sports enthusiast and enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains and travelling and spending time with friends and family.
